Neighbor

I remember with each interaction that my neighbor is God expressing as my neighbor.

e refer to ourselves as children of God, but the connection is much deeper than that. There is only one presence, God. We are Spirit, God, acting as human beings. We are each unlimited. Every person we meet is also part of God and expressing the one true presence. They are there to help us remember and find our boundless connection to the infinite; and we are there for them.

For whatever reason, we are slivers of life, little fingers of God, programmed to grow and seek the larger whole. This is why the Bible says that we should love the Lord our God with everything and our neighbors as ourselves, because in Truth, we are all one in completeness.

St. Luke 10:27, “He answered, saying to him, You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
