New Dawn

I accept the light of a new dawn in my life. I am guided to where I need to go, and I am peaceful.

t times, life can seem dark. Our career may not be going where we would like. Maybe we have money woes or family troubles. Perhaps our mental or physical health is not all it could be. We persevere through life, rather than being the all-conquering hero of our dreams or we believe we see all around us in other people.

It is times such as these that it is important to remember that the light, life, and creativity of God not only surround us, but infuse every cell of our beings. We breathe in slowly, knowing the power of each breath to help sustain our lives. We release each breath and let God worry over tomorrow as we live today.

St. Luke 1:78-79, “Through the mercy and kindness of our God, whereby we shall be visited by a ray from above, to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”
